Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Connecticut

A business moved into my back yard back in 1982. The driveway which carries all employee and delivery traffic is parallel to my property, not 20 feet from my bedrrom, ending in a parking lot vand loading dock..It's been a living hell ever since the day they actually moved in. Problems have been multifaceted, but this problem seems to have no solution.

We are both located in a residential zone; the front entrance to that establishment is zoned for business. I'm not sure what that may have to do with anything because this is about my animals who were here first.

The employees are vicious rats, to put it mildly. Why do I think that? What would you think if your well fed and well cared for cats were being lured either with food or by actually calling them outside your own property to be caught or run over. In addition, I've been told by them that I starve my animals so in a spirit of "good will", they lure the animals over and then proceed to call rescue.

I dearly love animals and can't fathom confining my cats when I own my owm property. And anyone that knows cats, knows that they wander and will eat just about anything that smells good to them. That does not mean they're starving. I have to ask myself - why am I always on the defensive here? Also do they not have a job to do - or is creating chaos in my life on my property in their job description? This kind of harassment doesn't just waste my energy, time and money , but it destroys the spirit.

Is there any legal action that can be taken to stop this recurring activity?

One question I would have is exactly what the property is zoned for and is the entire property zoned for business. It's not clear if they are violating any zoning laws. Furthermore, there are other tort actions which may be available to you as potential remedies.
