If you want to represent yourself, go to the court listed on the summons and ask the clerk for help in filling out the paperwork.

Otherwise, you will need to contact an attorney to represent you in the case., who will assist you in figuring out if you have any defenses to the eviction.

HURRY! Time runs fast in an eviction case.

This depends on several things. How late did you pay your rent? What does your lease agreement state? Do you have a lease? We need more details to help you. Please feel free to contact us.
