fraud by the condo board

the condo board lied to my inspector/appraisal agent re the

roof they said it was replaced 1/01 and i moved i 4/01 in

2002 the roof almost fell in and i was told we need to come

up with $3800 each we are only 7 units with no mang co only

4 out of 7 who call themselves the condo board. when they

found out i just came off of sec 8 and welfare and did not

have this money they started to harase me. i started to pay in instalments but now i feel that maybe i should not pay

them since they lied about the roof what do you think?
