Land Usage

My husband and I jointly own a pond with our neighbor. 2/3 of the pond is on our property and 1/3 is on theirs. We also own the driveway access to their property as well. They have an easment.

They have recently begun renting a bay in their garage to a lawn care company who keeps a spray truck there. The neighbor also told us that they gave permission to the company to draw water from the pond. We told the neighbor we didn't approve of that since it is a pesticide truck. The neighbor said tough. What, if anything, can we do to prevent this from occuring?
