Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

I live in a residentional area and I have a Tow truck that sits over night across my street. This makes it very hard for people to back out of my driveway, Wakes you up at night when the truck door is slammed and truck is started up. I called my Local town hall about this and they told me that due to the tow truck is a emergancy vehicle that the truck is allowed to be parked there and the only thing I can do is call the police witch really should not be bothered by this. What else can I do about this problem? I am in the state of connecticut in the town of Enfield. Thank you for your time.

The tow truck sounds like a "nuisance" to me. This means that the owner is interferring with your rights to enter and exit your driveway, quiet enjoyment of your property, etc. You could file a lawsuit requesting an injunction ordering him to remove the vehicle from where it's parked.
