Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

My husband and I (second marriage) made out wills together leaving everything to eachother.Can he legally go make another will changing that without my knowledge and leave everything to his children? how can i find out if he drew up a different will at a latter date? jill

He can and you probably can't find out as there is no central repository for wills. The best you can do is have a contract between you saying that in consideration for doing mutual reciprocal wills, each of you promises not to change your will. At least then you could sue his estate if he does change his will.
