Legal Question in Medical Leave in District of Columbia

FMLA Reasonable Accomdation

My Federal employer will not accomdate me for my acceptable migranie medical condition. It has been document and noted in my file at work. Can I sue the federal government. The office of civil Rights inform the chief judge of my office that they must accomodate. I have been waiting for an answer for 7 months. Can I sue? Please help me! I don't want to go out on disability if the office can accommodate me.

Re: FMLA Reasonable Accomdation

If the chief judge of your office hasn't done anything in regard to this

matter for some seven months, despite the weighing in of the federal office of civil rights with their opinion on the matter, then the probable answer to your question is, yes, you could surely sue, but that your claim(s) would likely be dismissed.
