Legal Question in Immigration Law in District of Columbia

My neighbor works with IMF and is being relocated to Hong Kong. Their nanny is here on a G5 visa. Is there any way to convert her visa so she can work for people outside of IMF or World Bank?

The G5 visa is granted by the U.S. Department of State to individuals who enter the United States for the sole purpose of being employed as domestic workers for holders of G4 visas (employees of international organizations or agencies).

And, it should go without saying, that such a visa cannot be converted to another kind for the purpose that has been suggested.
