Legal Question in Real Estate Law in District of Columbia

I purchased a time share with Windham six months ago never used it biggest mistake I made and now I want to sell it or get rid of it what is my options? I dont want to loose all the money i put in there. I feel like a victim it was all based on lies

your purchase agreement with Windham and the relevant facts surrounding its execution to determine whether there may be a viable basis to rescind it on the grounds of fraud, misrepresentation or some other legal basis that would allow

you to void this agreement and, perhaps, recover some of your investment.
