marraige and divorce

if i was legaly divorced in march of 1999 and we moved back intogether in december 1999 filed income tax as married filing jointly , had utilitys, bank accounts in my name sent to the same address as hers and had sex does this undo the divorce and mean we are married, comman law, or any form of commitment if we seperated again. thank you

There is no common law marriage in Florida. So, you are still divorced.

Note that if you retained an attorney to draft a settlement agreement for you in the divorce action, it is possible that there is some provision in the agreement that discusses the consequences of reconciliation.

No. You remain divorced. Florida does not (currently) recognize any form of common law marriage.
