Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

The Father of my Daughter's children does nothing to support her or the children for the last 2 years and lives with her. She wants him out but he won't leave. He pays nothing and doesn't work. His Mother sometimes, but not often helps with rent as I do for the children's and my Daughters sake. My Daughter works full time, while he stays home and eats and sleeps. She gets no other kind of support. What are her options. How can she legally get him out of her apt. They have been together for 3.5 years and have 2 children.

If the lease is in her name only, she should evict him. If the lease is in her name only, she should change the locks. If the lease is in both of their names, she should pack up her kids and leave him. If she really wanted to get away from the father of her two children, she would have done this by now.
