Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

I was fired from my job 1 day after calling OSHA. Now OSha says they want to give me my job back and pay me back pay. They still have not done anything about the problem with the heat in the kitchen where I work. Its over 100 degrees everyday. No air or ventilation.another reason I was told I was being fired was,I was also told that my disability would interfer with my working ability seeing as how it is to hot. I have contacted aan attorney but he says now that they offered me my job back it makes my case harder. WHy,? I was still fired for a disability as well as calling OSHA.

Would need to meet to talk with you but I guess the question is if they give you back your job and your back pay, what are the damages? The issue still be with OSHA to fix the conditions so long as that is an OSHA violation.
