Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
judgement after filinf chap 7
filed for personal chapter 7.i guranteed my business manager acct personally,some accts refuse to pay and others state work was not performed and the bank is holding up my release from bankruptcy and is asking the court for a judgement against me.I thought by filing chapter 7,this prevents debtors from getting a judgement in court and prevents them from filing suit?
