Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I purchased a salvaged or totaled vechile unknowingly

I purchased a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country less than a month ago. On 10-01-07 I took the vehicle to a Chrysler dealership to have recall and warranty work done. At this time I was told that the vechile was not covered under the warranty or recall because it had been totaled. A CARFAX was then run on the vehicle and discovered that the vehicle was in fact totaled. I then discovered that the title had been ''cleaned'' and that my vehicle was sold ti me without knowledge of it being totaled or salvaged. Is there any grounds for a suit to get my money back so my financial institution can give me another loan?

Yes. This could be a fraud case depending on the facts. There are specific Florida Statutes dealing with this.

This could very well be a fraud case, but we would need more facts to know.
