Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Only remaining officer. Other officer/only employee died.

I have been the officer of a florida corporation for several years. At one point I was employed by the corporation, but have not been for several years. Recently the only other officer and only employee of the corporation died. He was the secretary/treasurer and I was the president. His wife is holding the corporation in probate stating the deceased owned the corporation and therefore she has legal rights to it. The marriage occurred in 2004. Do I have any rights or liabilities in the corporation?

Thank you.
