Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Mark (slogan) law

Are there any legal issues in using a mark (in the form of a phrase) but changing one word. For example, taking 'What can Blue do to Raise You' and changing it to 'What can Pink do to Raise You'

FYI, both businesses are absolutely unrelated.

Thank you.

Re: Mark (slogan) law

As always, it depends what you are using it for and how it used. If it is a parody (joke) maybe..I could further assist you in registering the mark, if it is determined that it will not cause infringement, for $175 per hour, as it is most likely that the trademark office will object and probably third parties also. We could also attempt to enter into a co-existence agreement with American Express (is this the company?). If you are interested you can call me at 954-778-1181.
