Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I just started up a non-profit organization. Its called Payton's P-Sloop Foundation, Inc. in Florida. Right now im not going to have any employees were just starting off little. Do I need to file to be tax exempt the 501c3 or something like that?

If you want it to be a tax exempt corporation, and to receive tax deductible contributions, then yes.
