Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

How can I keep my estranged wife out of my home while I am in jail? She moved out in 2008 and has now had the locks changed and everything in the house belongs to me. We are in the process of divorceing and the house is in both of our names.

If it is in both yor names, then it is not "your" home. She has the right to be there if she owns the house too.
