Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida

as a commercial real estate broker, I have clients asking for information on properties for sale daily.

I want to have a non disclosure agreement on my web site which they can read fill out required information such as name address phone email etc., accept and send.

Will this give me some protection or is it worthless

Thank you

While I do not practice in FL, it seems that what you want is similar to the sign in sheet brokers use at open houses. I would not call this a "nondisclosure" agreement, but obtaining the name and email of prospective clients is not objectionable. You can then email back the information. Good luck.

I am not sure that you want a non-disclosure agreement. There are some agreements, disclosures, and terms of service that you can put on your website to avoid liability issues associated with the use of your site. I would be happy to help you determine what is best for your site. Contact a Florida attorney for assistance. Visit my website www.longalaw.com to schedule a phone consultation. Regards,
