Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida

I sent the following email and am now being threatened by the recipient saying I threatened her and she went to the police with it. It was meant like what goes around comes around and not a threat.

10-4,? comprenda? "You got it?" like your BUBBA davis would say.

Do you got that there STUPID bitch?

Do I need to worry?

Maybe. It depends on how the police and the prosecutor interpret the email. Mostly, police, prosecutors, and judges see that emails can be interpreted many ways, and charges aren't brought based on just this much information, but you never know how they'll see this. You may want to speak to a criminal lawyer in your area.
