Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida

Public agencys require you identify yourself and sign a "public records request" before they are allowed to give you the public information. How is that person allowed to post that info on a public web site, where anyone can see it and copy it without any id at all?

Review FOIA. If you are free to see the records, the entity is free to report that you accessed the records. SSN should be deleted.
