Disqualify a judge & dbpr complaint
What can you do if the judge does not disqualify himself.
Can a complaint to dbpr against a contractor with be included
as a motion or as part of a counter suit/ and or sent to the plaintiff's attorney?

I would need additional information to answer. A DBPR complaint is a "administrative" complaint not a "judicial" action. Likely cant be used for proof of conduct.
