Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Extended car warranty
Purchased an extended car warranty for plans of keeping a 2003 hyuandai accent (car) for a 8-10 year period. But a car accident caused the front alignment to be damaged. Would the warranty still be of effect? If not, would I be able to receive a prorated refund? What are the chances of the driver at fault insurance company replacing my 7 month old car with a undamaged car instead of repairs to my car?
How would I go about requesting another car instead of repairs to my damaged car?
