Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

No smoking in public places (eg bowling alley bars)

My family has a bowling center in Miami Florida. A new anti-smoking law has seriously impaired their business. They have a bar in the facility. Is there a LEGAL way of circumventing this law OR at least a way of researching a way of dealing with this, eg building a separate structure for smoking patrons? Thanx for any help or suggestion!!:)

I would recommend that you retain a lawyer to answer that question, which is quite detailed. Have your reviewed the statutes and Constitutional amendment regarding the smoking ban? If not, you may want to start there. Good luck.

Retain counsel to review the statutes and how they apply to your business.
