about a loan
hello ,i sign the loan for my friend to get him a motorcicle ,he is the cosigner but he is not paying and my credit is getting bad ,how can i get out of that loan?

You can't. You signed it. That is what a contract is all about. The only way out of the loan is to pay it off. Get your "friend" to sell the motorcycle and pay off the loan or sue your friend for what you have had to pay.
