Legal Question

Today I placed a deposit on a puppy at Petland, but after researching the internet, I have changed my mind not to buy the puppy. Can I get my $400 deposit back since I do not have the dog yet?

You must look at your contract with Petland. Whatever it says with regard to the refund or not of a deposit governs. ...
