Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

i appeared to court regarding a credit card case. the plantifs attoney was to appear vea. phone. they did not and the judge dismissed the case in my favor. now that same attorny is asking the courts for a medation hearing. what should i do?

You don't need to mediate now that the case was dismissed.
