collection company

what should I do? I have a court date next week for pretrial. don't have money to give. Just received summons which was given to my job at the beginning of march.

There is only one thing to do.... Appear at the Pre Trial Hearing. If you don't, a default and final judgment will be entered against you. If you appear, you may be able to reach a repayment schedule that you can afford to pay.
