Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Credit card debt

I joined a debt managment program and thought that would get me in a better credit standing and today I receive a letter from a lawfirm that is an order planintiffs motion to permit telephonic appearance at pre trial conf...Im confused it came by regular mail and wonder how being part of this debt managment program this company would choose to come after me for an amt of 1500? Is this a collection attempt by a lawfirm or a significant step that I need to follow through with.

Re: Credit card debt

It sounds as if someone has sued you. It also sounds as if a pretrial conference has been scheduled and the plaintiff is going to appear by phone. If you have been sued, you need an attorney right away to find out the details. Please contact a local attorney or feel free to contact my office.
