Default Final Judment

On Sept.6,2006 I was service a notice from Triumph Partnershipps, llc as assignee of Ge Money Bank Dillards. for none payment in the amount of $1,741.22.

I spoke with atty. Rober J. Orovitz and advise him that I was unemployed, but could try and pay $10.00 a month and I follow up this conversation with a letter.

On April 4,2007 I just received a default final judement notice for the $1,741.22 prinicipa sum, court cost $175.00, interest $833.34 and attorney's fees $750.00.

Also, the are reqeusting that I return a fact information sheet form 7.343 to their office within 45 days.

I am still unemployed what are my options at this time; I am still unemployed.

You could be held in contempt of court for failing to respond to the Fact Information Sheet.
