Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

post judgement installment agreement

Over the phone, lawyer and myself agreed to settlement amount for credit card debt. Not having that amount, we agreed to a pay plan of 200.00 a month until I can come up with settle amount. The pay plan is based on whole judgement, but I was assured lawyer would honor the deal and take the settlement amount. What paperwork can I create to send with my money order of 200.00 to insure payments are recorded, ect. Also this is a debt buying law office, which I have resaerched and wonder how they can sue on behalf of a bank, when they themselves might have bought it. thanks!
