Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Electricity Bill

I have 2 roomates who are still in their lease, they have returned home but still have things in their rooms and are still paying rent. They refuse to pay any of the electrical bill for the apartment they still technically live in. The bill is under my name so I am responsible for payment. Is there any action possible to force payment from them for this bill?

You could make a small claims action against them requesting repayment.
