Felony bank fraud

I tried to stop a payment from me to a collection agency for a credit card collection the day before it was scheduled and they said it was to late. They said if i didnt pay money yesterday they were pressing a bank fraud charge against me. I have no money and other late credit cards at this time. I dont know what to do and dont want a felony.

Don't worry about it. Such tactic is probably a violation of the FDCPA. Consult with a local competent attorney.
