Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Form 1.977

Hi there. I have a corporation where

I have most of my assets. My only

documentable form of income is my

Soc. Sec. checks. My personal

accounts are virtually empty.

I have a judgment levied against me.

In filling out form 1.977, do I have to

disclose my corporation if it isn't a

source of ''income'' per se? Also, can

they come after my assets in my

corp? The judgment is for less than

10K.
