Garnishment
We have a legal judgement again me for $1 million. I have no assets and receive commission but no regular salary. What percentage of commissions can be garnished?

Re: Garnishment
The amount that is owing between the time the garnishment is served and answered. If a court determines that commission is salary, and that your are not the head of household, then 25% of your salary above minimum wage can be garnished.
