Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I gave a large designated offering to a ministry who has a tax exempt number. They did not use the money for what it was intended. Can I sue for the money back?

I would have to know more details, but if the offering was truly designated and the terms of the designation accepted by the ministry, then you should be entitled to have it returned. You may be looking at difficult and perhaps emotional litigation, but your deignation of the gift should be honored.
