Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Can i sue a car dealer if they wrote a contract with a cosigner, had me and the cosigner sign it, let me drive the car off the lot with the contract stating the amount financed, the number of payments, the amount that the payments would be, and the bank that the loan got approved through?
