Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My house is in foreclosure and my car has just been repo 2 weeks ago. will a separation agreement to give my 2nd wife support/alimony which we printed from the state of florida and had noterized but not filed in the courts yet.where we were married .all these debts were occured before i married her.will this protect my salary which direct deposits in her personal account in her maiden name .from anyone trying to garnish my salary.can they touch this money with this agreement...have not filed bankruptcy yet.please advise to protect salary ...thank you...david

RUN...to the nearest bankruptcy attorney - they will issue a Stay of Action against any one who tries to sue you or take your money until a decision as to bankruptcy is made. As far as the other info - I can not advise you as it would be unethical.
