Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

help me with some advice! 1

in your opinion do you think my husband will get released in atleast one of his court dates?? this is his first violation of probation he didint go in with a new charge or anything and his probation officer did recomend the judge house arrest..(i just want him out here,anything is better than being in there)

Judges often follow probation officer recommendations, but it really depends on the judge, the prosecutor, and the severity of the violation and underlying charge.

Violation of Probation (VOP) cases are one of the few cases where the person is not entitled to a bond for release. The outcome will be based on the state attorney, probation officer, judge and defense attorney. Contact a local defense attorney for further assistance as VOP cases can be critical.
