Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
armed burglary ,i did not enter the house with i firearm but left with one in a bag.The evidince is my codifendent who was seen leaving the home by a witness.Codifendent is now saying i did it he was there to pick me up,not true?I was never identifed by the witness he says i was not there,is my codifendent a reliabel witness in my case?

Codefendants often testify against each other when they realize they are facing serious consequences. It is going to be up to the jury to decide if he is reliable. Your attorney should be able to cross examine any inconsistencies in his story.
