Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was charged with poss of marij w/ intent to sell. Its my first time ever getting arrested and would not like this to damage my record as it will ruin my future in the military. I dont know what is the first step and need help.

You need to hire an attorney ASAP and the attorney will contact the State Attorney to try and work out your Florida Possession of Marijuana with Intent to sell charge.
