Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Criminal/Traffic Investigation /Booking
I was charged with DUI SBI 6 weeks after an accident where freind was injured. During accident/DUI investgation I told police I suffered fron severe TBI. Balance ,cognitive disorders etc. After blod dra w and results came back they ask me to turn in I did. On none of the police reports, warant affadavitof bookimg paperwork did any of them document my diability. Is there any defense in this without a written(Police) record. Thanks Gab

Sure you could try, but if they have a blood alcohol over the limit, the tbi wont matter.
