Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I know it's illegal for an 18 year old to buy a handgun in Florida from an FFL dealer, but is it still illegal for an 18 year old in Florida to own a handgun given to them by their parents?

As long as you're not a convicted felon then it is legal.
