Unfortunately, it's impossible to tell whether you are adjudicated guilty based on what you've provided. As a general rule, when a Court finds that you've violated probation, an adjudication of guilt shall be entered. That being said, the courts can maintain the withhold depending on the manner in which they phrase your sentence. The best way to verify the answer to your question is to pull the court file & review the sentencing paperwork from your VOP.
