Can a person be extradited from florida for child support arrearage in another state?

Yes, if the other state wants the person to be extradicted. Florida will either hold or release the person, depending on what the other state tells it to do. Generally, the other state will tell Florida to release. I can't remember the last time an actual extradition occurred, but it is possible.

While possible, it is unlikely. I would recommend seeking a modification of child support in that state and contact a family attorney in that jurisdiction.
