Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I go to pretrial soon for two felonies for aggravated battery with a deadly wep. I had no previous record. I was picking my friend up from a party with my bf and these two girls who don't like me ran out because they heard I was outside in my car and ran out attacking and jumping on my car telling me to get out and left dents that there are pictures and record of. I had to lock my doors because they were actually pulling on my door handles trying to get in and jump me. I drove away and I guess they claim I ran over the one girl's foot. Her foot wasn't even injured just scratched with a minor bruise. Which could have been from kicking my car so hard with sandals on.. There is a law that says if someone is trying to get into your occupied vehicle you have the right to use deadly force though.. After I drove away the two girls were callling me telling me if I did not come back to fight them they would call the cops and say I ran them over. So they did. I have phone records of how many times they called me after and the pictures the cops took of them they were smiling and I have stuff from facebook of them saying haha they got me in trouble and pictures of them drinking and they are only 18, and the cops never even came to get my side of the story they just put a warrant out and arrested me and I went to JDC and then did 21 days house arrest.. Now the case is adult because the state attorney's want to do that... Even though I was 17, but anyways. They got all their friends at that party to say I ran them over though.. I just want someone to tell me what they think will happen. Pretrial is soon, do you think they will maybe lower the charges to wreckless driving or something or give me probation or even drop the charges all together. Someone please help me!

This isn't something that can be dealt with on this forum. You really need to talk to an attorney immediately. They can take the time to discuss your options with you and see if there are any lessers available. Feel free to call me if you have any questions at my website below.
