shoplift
I shoplift at JcPenny yesterday and i dont want this on my record, as well as i cant afford a lawyer to help me.

Enter a plea of not guilty and request a public defender. Not free by the way. Request a diversion program which will result in a dismissal of criminal charges. Good Luck
