Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

first timer

my boyfriend was in a fight and it is his first offense and he is getting charged with agg. battery/physical disfigermation and burglary but only because he hit the person inside his car...this is the first time hes ever been in trouble and i want to know if theyll give him ROR or a plea bargain maby he can do anger management and probation anything to help him out

Actually, he's kind of lucky, the way it's charged. If the State Attorney's Office is a little bit clever, they can rearrange the charges in such a way that he'll be facing life in prison (burglary with battery).

It depends on which judge he's in front of and which prosecutor he draws as to his likelihood of ROR and probation. You need to get a good criminal lawyer immediately.
