Kissing and holding hands is not illegal from my reading of the statute. However, you should be concerned with what people THINK happens behind closed doors because if accused of having any kind of sexual contact with her ("second base" or "third base", not necessarily intercourse), you can be charged with multiple crimes and then would have to defend yourself in court. Just wait until she is sixteen if you have any sense of self preservation.
