Adoult giving minor

Hi I am 17 an I was giving xanax by a 28 year old woman not knowing what it was. Is there any possible way I can press charges on her?

Yes, but do you really expect the police to believe that you didn't know it was a controlled substance?

Sure. You will have a hard time convincing the police that you had no idea that the pill that said xanax on it was a controlled substance. I would suggest that you leave things alone and not kick that hornet's nest or trouble.
